Been a member at Kosama since April ‘18. I’ve lost 19 lbs, 7% body fat and inches in my hips, waist and thighs. I had no idea I could push my body this hard! I enjoy the variety of workouts (zumba strong, yoga, kettlebells, kickboxing, cardio). As a member you can also attend AMT Hot Yoga Studio once a week. Kosama staff and trainers are personable, motivating and encouraging. Love being a member and would recommend giving it a try! I was pretty out of shape when starting but feel great again about my body! I’m also pretty introverted and feel like I fit right in!
